LICENSE AGREEMENT:

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, downloading, or using this plugin, the user expressly agrees to all terms and conditions stipulated in this agreement.

2. Activation and Hardware Binding

The activation license is bound to the main storage drive (logical disk "C:") of the computer where the plugin was first installed. Any major modifications, such as formatting or physical replacement of the drive, will invalidate the current activation, requiring a new reactivation request.

3. Limitations of Use and Transfer

Each license grants the right of use on only 1 (one) machine at a time. In the event of hardware failures or operating system (Windows) corruption, the user may request license reactivation using the original serial code. Permanent transfer of the license to a new computer is permitted; however, it will result in the automatic and immediate blocking of all previous installations.

4. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall the developer, distributor, or reseller be liable for any direct or indirect damages or losses (including, but not limited to, loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data) arising from the use, malfunction, or inability to use the plugin and the serial code.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

It is expressly forbidden to subject the plugin's source code to reverse engineering, decompilation, modification, or hacking processes. Non-compliance with these restrictions constitutes a copyright violation and will result in the immediate revocation of the license, subjecting the infringer to applicable civil and criminal penalties.

6. User Responsibility

The storage, confidentiality, and use of the activation serial code are the sole responsibility of the user. The developer is not responsible for the loss, leakage, or unauthorized use of the serial key by third parties.
