2- Do I need to pay a monthly fee?
No, the license is for life.
3- What languages does eCut have?
German, Arabic, Chinese, Spanish, French, English, Italian, Portuguese*, Russian and Turkish.

4- Is eCut available in Portuguese?
Yes. The version purchased from eCut Brasil is the only one with the Portuguese option.
5- What is different about the Spanish translation of eCut Brasil?
The original Spanish translation of eCut has about 20% untranslated.
Our translation fills in the missing part.
6- Do I need Corel to use eCut?
Yes. eCut runs inside Corel, you need to have it installed to be able to use eCut.
7- How many computers does it work on?
One license per computer.
8- Does it work on Apple MAC?
No. Only on computers with Windows operating system.
9- If I update Corel, will I lose the plugin?
No. The plugin remains installed on Windows, and if Corel is on the list of versions compatible with the plugin, it can be used in this new version.
10- Do you have eCut for Illustrator?
No. We only sell to Corel.
11- Can I test before buying?
Yes, watch our video explaining how install the demo version and test for 4 days.
12- The DEMO version is not in Portuguese?
The demo version does not have a Portuguese option. However, when you purchase eCut from us, we will send you the translation of the menus and toolbar.
13- Is it an original plugin?
Ecut Brasil is an authorized reseller, and we sell exclusively.
We have the software registered with INPI under application BR 51 2024 003365 3.
14- What is the eCut version?
It is always the most up-to-date. And as new updates appear, just update, and the plugin itself even notifies you of new versions.
About eCut 6, its latest version was 6.10.25.35.
And eCut 5 was version 5.17.1.317.
15- After purchasing, is it installed remotely?
No. After purchasing, you will receive the serial number and links to the installer and explanatory videos on how to install and activate the original eCut plugin.
16- Why do I need a Gmail email when registering?
Links are released via Google Groups using a Gmail email address. However, it can also be an email address that is linked to Google. The link is released exclusively to the registered email address; other people do not have access.
17- Can I reinstall/reactivate in case of formatting, hardware failure or computer change?
Yes, just use the serial number that was sent when you purchased the plugin to reactivate it.

18- How do updates work?
Updates within the main version are always free. Only when a new main version is released will the update not be free.
For example, today we are on version 7 and the latest update is 7.4.6.43.
If version 8.0 is released, that will have to be purchased.
19- Does it work on cracked Corel, since the DEMO didn't work?
Yes, the purchased version works because we can activate it manually. Only the DEMO version requires internet to release the 4 days.

20- Is there a discount if I buy more than one license?
We currently have the option of only 1 license. Check our store.
21- When I buy from the store, do I receive an automatic email with the serial number and download authorization?
No, this part is done manually.
We receive an email from the store with the buyer's data. Then, the release is made on Google Groups and the activation serial number is sent to the email registered during the purchase.
We will ship within 1 business day after payment confirmation.
If you do not receive it within the deadline, send an email to ecutbrasil@gmail.com with the order details.
Always check your junk mail box if you can't find the email.
It is very important that you save this email with the serial number, as it is with it that you can reactivate eCut when necessary.
We do not keep a copy of the serial number, it is exclusive to the customer.
22- Which versions of Corel does eCut work with?
eCut 7 works from version X3 to 2024, eCut 6 to version 2021, and eCut 5 to X7.
Corel Graphics Suite versions.
One-time purchase or subscription.
*Other versions of Corel are not supported.
23- Up to which version will eCut 7 work?
The developer hasn't even decided on that yet. But given the history of previous versions, it's possible that it will work for 5 or 6 versions.
It could be less or it could be more.
24- Why don't the "apply" and "ok" buttons appear in some eCut tools?
This is because of the monitor resolution. You need a resolution of at least 1400x900.
26- I'm having trouble making channel letters, can you help me?
Unfortunately, we don't know how to make channel letters, we only teach you how to use the tool's functions. This is something you will have to test until you get it right, sometimes it takes a lot of testing until you get it right. See this video from an eCut user, is the report of how the process was. 27- Do you offer training or sell courses on eCut?
We do not currently sell any courses.

28- Do you offer support for eCut?
Yes. Those who buy from us have support to resolve problems.

In addition, those who buy from us receive a link with access to Google Groups with the installer, translation and exclusive videos on how to proceed.
29- Can I install the license on one PC and then switch to another PC?
Yes.
30- Are you the ones selling eCut on Mercado Livre, Facebook, Hotmart, Whatsapp, Telegram?
No. Those are PIRATED products of older versions of eCut that will not offer the minimum support when needed, in addition to compromising your computer with viruses.
People have already come to us because they needed support since the plugin did not work. Remember that only those who buy on our website receive support.
Most of these people ended up buying the original eCut from us.

31- Can I use the eCut 7 installer on previous versions of eCut?
No. Each installer is specific to its license version.
You cannot use the eCut 7 installer on an eCut 6 or eCut 5 license and vice versa.
32- Is the eCut toolbar that is fixed in Corel also in English?
Yes.
33- Is the license complete?
Yes, purchased licenses are always full licenses.
There is no option to purchase just one eCut tool separately.
34- I have already purchased a license, if I purchase the next one will I get a discount?
No. The quantity discount is not cumulative.
35- I have an eCut 6 license, can I upgrade to eCut 7?
Most likely yes, but to do so you need to check your serial number.
If it is valid, you will be able to update it by paying for the update.

It is not floating, for each computer that needs eCut, you need a license.

37- When I buy eCut, do I also receive CorelDraw?
We only provide eCut, Corel must be purchased separately.
38- What are the hardware requirements for eCut?

39- Can you help me with CAM, Artcam or Aspire software?
We do not provide support for any type of CAM software. We recommend that you speak directly to the vendor of the respective program.
